What’s wrong with this Video???

I saw this posted on someone’s wall on facebook the other day. I had one word to describe it…..DEMONIC.

Those who read this blog I would like to hear from you. What is wrong with this video?

P.S. Please excuse my lack of posts/articles for this month, I promise a resurgence in June. (brdavision)

  1. DEMONIC! I agree. It is sad and makes me wonder how tough it must be to come out of a Charismania church if you was raised in it.

    • Brother Whitsell!!! It is so good to hear from you again!

It is tough, and without God, impossible. But the bible says:

“But Jesus looked at them and said, With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26

      Thanks for commenting….

  2. Emotionalism, sensationalism, and definitely demonic. These children are being misled but the sad part is that the adults are equally misled.

    • Existentialism at its worst Sister McClellan. So caught up are they in their own “experience” that they have completely eschewed the word of God.

What’s worst is that they have dragged the children into this demonic deception with the them. Instead of raising up a generation of people who love the Lord they are raising up a generation of people who don’t know the Lord at all…..

      sad reality…..

This reminds me of watching Benny Hinn making people fall to the floor as if he had some type of super anointing….lol. It sad because these babies are being led down a destructive path. May the lord lead them to truth and repentance.

    • You’re right Sister Edwards this whole video clip is very Benny Hinn’ish. On the facebook post I got this from some of the comments were:

“Except we become as a child, I rather have a child pray 4 me then some of these older demons in the church.”

“THEM KIDS WERE ALSO CASTING SOME DEMONS OUT OF PPL… MAN THAT IS THE GLORY OF GOD…….AWESOME…”

And these comments were from ministers and church leaders! SMB

Breaks my heart watching these innocent children being deceived and fooled. Children are so impressionable and only repeat what they see adults around them doing. I pray that even among all of the demonic foolishness that goes on in the many churches like these, that through Grace and Mercy the Lord would allow babies and innocent children to somehow be exposed to the truth of the Gospel.

    • I second your prayer Mrs. brdavision. May God gives us the courage and knowledge of His word to speak out against this foolishness and preach the true Gospel of Jesus Christ.

      Love you!

It’s like telling your children about Santa Claus… They believe it for a time but then when they put their beliefs to he test outside of this controlled church environment and nothing happens, they will be put to shame. Some will strive harder to get it to work and others will realize that it’s all fake and will go a step farther and believe Jesus to be made up as well. The end result is that both kinds of children will grow up as children of hell except that Jesus breaks through the lie. I see countless adults that fall for this type of stuff and even though nothing real comes of it, they press harder to believe the lie. Now they’re training the children to do the same and laughing at their inside joke. May God show them all mercy in His truth.

    • Good Points Tim, some Scripture will shed light on why this happens:

No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him. And I will raise him up on the last day.
      (John 6:44 ESV)

Many like to forget this dynamic truth of Scripture, but you can’t. Unless God draws some to Christ, no one will believe.

    This makes me weep…………

    • As it should, let us pray for those who are lost in the deception of charismatic chaos….

  3. If the word of God declares that foolishness is bound in the heart of a child, what spirit are the children praying in? Does not the fool say in his heart there is no God? Therefore, the children were not glorifying God but the flesh. They were just having a good time seeing how people responded to their touching like playing marco polo! Such satanic deception.

    • Exactly Brother Leonard, this was all fun and games to these children and most adult I seen comment on this video think its the glory of God…..sad…

    Brandon,

    Good day my friend.

Although in context this is not completely applicable to the display in the video above, when I first saw the video I just couldn’t help but be reminded of the first 5 verses in Isaiah 3. Now, this specifically speaks of God’s judgement of Judah and Jerusalem for their sin and making a mockery of His glory, but hearing the prophet’s Holy Spirit inspired words bring things so close to home:

“For behold, the Lord GOD of hosts is taking away from Jerusalem and from Judah support and supply, all support of bread, and all support of water; the mighty man and the soldier, the judge and the prophet, the diviner and the elder, the captain of fifty and the man of rank, the counselor and the skillful magician and the expert in charms. And I will make boys their princes and infants shall rule over them. And the people will oppress one another, every one his fellow and every one his neighbor; the youth will be insolent to the elder, and the despised to the honorable.” (Isaiah 3:1-5 ESV)

In many ways, the one of the first signs of God’s judgement upon his people is giving us over to our own passions, desires and lusts, to be consumed and overtaken by them (see Romans 1). In this case, judgement is being given before our very eyes as there is a removal of the leadership of godly, biblical men whose aim is to glorify Christ by the expository teaching and preaching of truth and the insertion of children who obviously find it enchanting and humorous to have their parents and other grown men and women completely under their spell. The spirit of the age is upon us. Oh, that there would be a reformation of sound doctrine, a recovery of the gospel of Jesus Christ and a return to the real and true church, governed by the Father, inhabited by the Son and empowered by the Holy Spirit.

In other news, I’m sure you’ve heard about our brother Melvin being considered for the weighty charge of eldership at Reformation Alive Baptist Church.

So tell me my friend, when will you be making the transition from blogger to elder?…(smile)…

Be well Brandon, keep writing, and continue to contend for the faith…(Jude 3)

    Soli Deo Gloria,

    R4C

    • Ready4Change,

As always sir thank you for your well written and very informative comment. Truly those words from Isaiah express God’s judgement in the purest sense of the word. “God separated from man.”

I was not aware of soon to be (Lord willing) “Elder” Jones pending ordination, nevertheless he will truly be a blessing to the body of Christ both in that church, as he has been (for a long time now) to the invisible church worldwide. May God continue to raise up godly men committed to His Gospel willing to suffer that men may come to repentance.

Speaking of raising up godly men, in my own church here in San Antonio I am close to becoming a member and should the Lord count me faithful, calling me into the ministry, (which I already believe He has) I will one day serve in an elder role. I do have aspirations to attend John MacArthur’s The Master’s Seminary, I pray that God’s will is the same.

May the Lord grant us clarity, boldness, and un-ending love for the souls of men as we preach the gospel.

      Solus Christus,
      brdavision
